- Online Entry: To enter the Contest online, participants will need to:
a. Purchase at least one participating product listed on their website on one store RECEIPT, during the Contest Period. Complete the entry form on the Contest Website by filling in all of the following informatin: your name, mailing address with postal code, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, and provide a scan or photo of a single RECEIPT, clearly showing the retailer name, the date and time of transaction and the purchase of at least one participating product in a single transaction that was purchased during the Contest Period.
- Mail-In Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest by following these steps:
Participants may write a unique 50-word essay on why the entrant enjoys Family Game Time, hand print his/her name and complete mailing address, e-mail address, phone number and birth date on an 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper and mail the Essay to their address
